Terms of Use

By using Lampstead Groups you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Emmaus Bible LLC (becoming Montgomery Appworks LLC) (“we”), 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. If you get the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms control to the extent allowed.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use the app.

You own what you post (prayer requests, messages, notes, custom study weeks). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it is meant for (for example, your group). Please be kind; do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that shares someone else's private information without permission.

You can report any prayer request or message and block any member. Reported content is hidden for you immediately; leaders see that it was reported and can remove it. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Leaders can manage invite codes, roles, attendance, and readings. Anyone with an invite code can join that group as a member.

Two optional subscriptions are available in the app, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers:

• Lampstead Groups Premium: $3.99/month or $29.99/year. Unlocks Premium in Lampstead Groups.
• Lampstead Collection: $9.99/month or $69.99/year. Unlocks Premium in Lampstead, Groups, Prayer, Memory, Kids when you sign in with the same Lampstead account.

Prices are in US dollars; local prices may vary and are shown in the store before you buy. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to an auto-renewing subscription at the price of the plan and period you chose. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Purchasing doesn't require an account; without signing in, Premium unlocks Lampstead Groups on that device. Use “Restore purchases” to restore an active subscription on a new device. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.

If you subscribe to both a Lampstead Groups plan and the Lampstead Collection, each is billed separately until you cancel one in store settings; we can't cancel store subscriptions for you. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Billing is not active in this preview version.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Emmaus Bible LLC (becoming Montgomery Appworks LLC) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
